every mold inspection there is a six step process that we follow to inspect your property to the best of our abilities.
1. On every jobsite there are 3 to 4 licensed and certified technicians.
2.A swab sample is taken of the actual surface in which there is visual mold itself, an indoor air sample is taken to measure for elevated levels of mold and an outside air sample is taken for a
baseline comparison.
3. Infrared cameras are used to see any mold growth behind the walls that hasn’t surfaced. Moisture readers are used to measure the amount of moisture or condensation that’s built up behind the walls that would contribute to any mold growth. They are also used to find the source of any water damage.
4. Particle Counters are used in and outside of the property to see if the amount of particles inside is at a higher elevated level than outside.
5. It takes 2-3 business days from the date of the inspection to receive your lab results along with a fully comprehensive report on the findings of the technicians such as: whether or not there is mold, the specific species, how severe the growth is, all health symptoms affiliated with those specific forms, the step by step process to remove the mold and recommendations on how to prevent it from returning, along with the infrared images and colored pictures taken of your property.
6.The cost of the inspection includes all samples and lab fees , particle counting, infrared technology, moisture reading and a detailed comprehensive report clarifying the type of mold present, if it is toxic or non toxic, how sever the growth is and how fast its growing as well as any health symptoms that can be caused by the type of mold. The inspection cost is always applied towards the removal fee.
